I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion and a desire to help it all make sense on the inside..

Talk Therapy

I offer both in person and virtual talk therapy sessions.

Clients and colleagues tell me I am compassionate, yet direct. I aim to create a safe space for clients to process difficult thoughts and feelings while at the same time creating a blue print for growth. My approach focuses on client strengths: I believe that people are doing the best they can with what they have and that we are the experts of our own lives.

People also describe my therapeutic approach as “warm” and “relational”. I find that a strong relationship between therapist and client can aid in the healing process and I prioritize a person centered approach to therapy. This means that I want your strengths and unique gifts to take center stage, rather than the problems you face, as these don’t usually define who you are.

Talk therapy sessions can range between 55 and 90 minutes, depending on client needs. Click HERE to learn more about the therapy process.

Reflex Integration

Another rabbit hole I’ve journeyed down is the world of Reflex Integration.

What is reflex integration you ask? Click HERE to learn more about my work with reflexes and the body.
