EMDRIA approved EMDR Therapist | Certified Anchored Relational Therapist

I created Rabbit Hole Healing after repeatedly falling down my own “rabbit hole” of information to find the most helpful ways to heal our brain and body.

With that being said, I am a brain science/information nerd. I LOVE understanding why our responses and behaviors make sense and how our lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. I love sharing information about the brain and body with my clients, so they can take the front seat in their healing journey and be a collaborative part of the therapy process.

All of this means that I do not believe in a “one size fits all” therapy model. I create a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to my client’s unique lived experiences and goals they have for themselves. I am very collaborative in my work with clients and work best with clients who are motivated to change. All thoughts, feelings and opinions get to exist and matter in the therapy space.

I approach the therapeutic process with curiosity, compassion and a desire to help it all make sense on the inside. Therapy with me is relationally focused and client centered. I believe it takes a lot of courage to seek change through talk therapy, and I feel honored to walk with clients through this process.

Regarding my credentials, I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northwestern (Saint Paul), and my Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist and Certified Anchored Relational Therapist. I am also a Core Specialist in Training under the Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration Method (MNRI).
